Developed and approved by the Federation of European Rice Millers (FERM) in consultation with the Thai Rice Exporters Association (TREA), the Code of Practice serves as a common reference framework for the sector. It defines the key characteristics and criteria of Jasmine rice and promotes consistent, transparent, and harmonized practices throughout the supply chain.
