The association is governed by three bodies: the General Assembly, the Board, and the Executive Committee.
The General Assembly is the highest authority of the association and comprises all members. It is competent for all statutory decisions as defined in the statutes (including amendments to the statutes, elections, and approval of accounts) and retains overall governing authority. It also elects the Executive Committee.
The Board serves as the decision-making body for all policies and strategic directions. It is composed of one representative per member. It approves the association's annual work programme, provides overall guidance, and oversees ongoing activities. It also mandates the Executive Committee to implement agreed policies.
The Executive Committee consists of at least five rice millers and acts as the implementing body. It is responsible for executing the mandates given by the Board, as well as steering discussions and activities in line with the priorities laid down in the work programme approved by the Board.

The Technical Expert Group (TEG) brings together industry experts to share insights, address shared challenges, and help shape the future of the sector. Through regular meetings and joint initiatives, the TEG monitors regulatory developments, shares best practices, and contributes to advocacy and communication efforts.
